Once you've chosen your wig, place your order and book a one-on-one virtual consultation with our experts to ensure your wig meets all your expectations.

UPLOAD YOUR MEASUREMENTS
During your virtual consultation, we’ll guide you through the process of measuring your head and discuss any customizations you desire, such as cut, roots, colors, or hairline adjustments. Afterward, simply upload your measurements online.

SIT BACK AND RELAX
Your custom wig will be customized and shipped to you within 7-10 days, straight from New York to your doorstep.

TRY IT ON AND DECIDE
Enjoy a 7-day trial period to wear your wig and make sure it’s the perfect match. Keep it, exchange it, or return it—your satisfaction is our priority.
